Reporting to the General Manager - People and Culture, you will be a vital support for our Managers on employment related administration.

 Working alongside another HR Administrator you'll be responsible for the day-to-day administrational needs of the HR function, including: 

• Preparing contracts, alterations
• Induction paperwork.
• Keep training records updated
• Coordinate annual performance review process
• Coordinate annual salary review process
• Assist managers with recruitment administration

• Has excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Outlook)

You will be looking for a role with heaps of variety, responsibility and challenge and given our growth plans within some parts of the group it's critical that you can hit the ground running (so at least 2 years in an HR Administration role is essential). Prior experience in a similar industry would also be highly regarded but is not essential.  A tertiary qualification in a related field is desirable.
