Reporting to the General Manager - People and Culture, you will be a vital support for Managers on employment related issues. You will also take responsibility for preparing contracts, alterations and induction paperwork for NZ Trucks. It's a fantastic career opportunity to utilise your generalist experience. You will be looking for a role with heaps of variety, responsibility and challenge and given our growth plans, it's critical that you can hit the ground running (so at least 2 years in an Advisor role is essential).

AB Equipment sell and service the world's most respected and premium brands, including Doosan, Sumitomo, Sakai, Vermeer, Manitou, Tigercat. Toyota, BT, and Raymond.

New Zealand Trucks (NZT) currently operate five truck and trailer repair and maintenance workshops in Auckland, Hamilton, Palmerston North, Christchurch and Greymouth.

Prior experience in a similar industry would be highly regarded but is not essential.  A tertiary qualification in a related field is desirable.

We are looking for a person who believes in partnering with Managers, supporting and guiding them rather than dictating HR policies. You will be excited by being involved in learning and development, change management, policy development and implementation.
